My sister and I went this afternoon and had a beautiful experience. we had the honor of being seated at their very first lunch service! Our server, ALEX, was phenomenal! He was so polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Cant wait to return!

I had a wonderful experience dining here. The food: Scrumptious! The mushrooms (side dish) were thick and meaty. The fried chicken was juicy. The scallops were flavorful and large. Ambiance: Its a beautiful restaurant that makes you feel like youre in a small French town. I like that you can see into the kitchen. Service: Our server Alejandro was outstanding. He recommends dishes we loved and also ordered the crme brle for dessert on him. He was attentive and sweet. The bartender sent us tequila shots too! The chef and manager stopped by our table. I felt like a valued guest.

A beautifully decorated French style restaurant offers a nice selection of pastries for breakfast. The croissants are not as flaky as in France, but much bigger in size very tasty. Coffee and tea were delightful.

The food and atmosphere were wonderful. Little details made it a dissatisfying experience. We asked for sparkling water with lime. Got the water, no lime. My husband asked about the fried chicken but changed his mind at the server's recommendation. Then he saw the dish go by and decided he really would prefer it. So when the server passed by, he apologized and said if it wouldn't be too much trouble, he'd like the chicken after all. When the entrees arrived, it was the wrong chicken. If she wasn't sure, since there are 2 chicken dishes on the menu (but he had originally mentioned the fried), she should have clarified. When I ordered my entree, I also ordered a glass of the Viognier that my husband was drinking. It never came. We had an appetizer and no one cleared the plates so it was awkward when the servers came with our meals and had no hands free to remove our plates. They did, but we were not given new silverware so we had to eat our entree with the very small fork and knife given for the appetizer course. That was annoying. We did not complain about the missing wine or the wrong chicken or the wrong table setting but I hope Coquette can work out the kinks.

Walked around trying to find the new location for like 30 mins before realizing where the new location is. Its at the corner where Essex used to be ACROSS FROM B.O.A. Menu is the same, but a few items weren't available. Always good, today the food was a little on the Luke warm side, but the taste and flavor was there. We sat outside since it was soo nice! Wait staff was AMAZING. Waiter named Jackson aka Jax was very entertaining and talkative! The gentleman is great natured and an amazing head of hair! Everything was salted well, buttery and rich and garlic and sweet and savory and just like always. Super splendid brunch! New location will take some getting used too. Other location was beautiful inside, this is more quaint. Still stupendous serive and food.

Amazing food Nice restaurant and amazing Server Seems they were short in staff as we had to wait for 15 mins to be seated. Food was amazing Vibe was fantastic. Just and amazing lamb chops. Best ever I have tried. Chicken was good too. Must visit restaurant. They can even customise cocktails. The one he made for us was amazing one. Indoor and outdoor seating. Such a nice place and comfortable seating that it feels amazing. Must try.

The meal here was outstanding, and the atmosphere felt warm, inviting, and relaxed. our server, was fantastic, she shared her personal experience as a customer before joining the team, which made her recommendations feel even more genuine. We tried her favorites, and they absolutely did not disappoint. The service was seamless, with no wait to be seated, and the staff worked together effortlessly, creating a smooth and welcoming dining experience. The portion sizes were just right for two of us, we shared everything and left perfectly satisfied. From the food to the attentive teamwork of the staff, everything about this visit was enjoyable. Its the kind of place that makes dining feel both personal and special, and we cant wait to come back.

The food was pretty good. French is not my usual cuisine, but I was traveling around uptown Charlotte and decided to try something new! I got the burger for the lunch special and my friend got their salmon salad, and my burger was quite good. It had an overpowering amount of garlic aoli, which made it hard to finish, but otherwise it was good. The atmosphere was so nice. The restaurant had soft, beautiful music playing in the background. Everything was clean and the aesthetic was very pleasing to the eye. The service was a little slow. I was sitting at the bar and the bartenders came by multiple times without acknowledging us at the beginning, but I assume they were prepping and cleaning for a later service, but eventually they consistently came to us to get our order and make sure our food was good.

It's a very elegant, peaceful, and beautiful place. If you're looking for a French feel, this is it. The food is good, but if you're in a hurry, this isn't the place for you. The food, and even the hot chocolate and croissants, take a while to arrive. Even so, it's delicious. The service is friendly and attentive, but a little slow. The only reason I'd give it 4 stars is because it's not a mom-friendly place. As a new mom who was there today, I struggled to change my daughter's diaper; there isn't a changing table, not even inside the building. There isn't enough space for a stroller, so you might be better off carrying the car seat or a 2-in-1. Enjoy your visit! Oh, by the way! If you're vegetarian, there aren't many options for you, keep that in mind!
