Had a great experience at Customshop Handcrafted Food in Charlotte NC. They have a small menu and amazing cocktail and wine list. I ordered the hangar steak rare with fries. It was absolutely delicious. It was perfectly cooked and the fries were crispy and delicious. The bartender made an amazing dirty martini as well. Our server was friendly and attentive too. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I visited the Customshop for a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. It was one of the best experiences we have had in awhile. The food was amazing, the staff was attentive, friendly, and you could tell they loved to chat about the food! We would recommend this place to anyone.

FANTASTIC. Food was incredible. We had the beef carpaccio as an appetizer (must try). I had the Rib eye deckle and my wife had the goat cheese ravioli. We were blown away! Best cut of steak Ive ever had. And to top it all off.. the bread pudding Wow. And Great service, Greg was great!! EAT HERE.

Genuinely did not have enough time to photo our choices but this meal was outrageously good! Pork belly, crispy, sweet, mouth watering good. I will dream of this. There were several pieces we only remembered to take a photo after! Focaccia came out in the most beautiful olive oil, salt and lightly black peppered seasoning. Could not resist. The hamachi crudo was the perfect mix of raw, spice and zing. Beautifully understated. The scallop risotto dish was perfectly cooked but too sweet personally. The prime steak was magnificent. We added the chips to the side and they were also perfect. Cant recommend this venue enough. Staff are friendly service is perfect and food is divine.

In my opinion the Customshop was just ok. For starters we had the tuna crudo (I was not a fan, but I also do not like grapefruit) & the beef Carpaccio which was delicious & my personal favorite from the visit. The entrees we ordered are pictured: the Duck Breast which was cooked to perfection but lacked flavor/seasoning, the Rigatoni - safe option, the Cecamariti - it has an interesting flavor I didnt really enjoy & the pasta used was something I had never seen before & could go without having again, the best entree was the Atlantic Halibut it was tasty & the flavors blended well together.
