Dahlias Wine Bar had a nice atmosphere and a good overall vibe, but the space felt a little too small for my liking. Unfortunately, the staff came across as rude, which really took away from the experience. Customer service matters, and I didnt feel welcomed. Because of that, I probably wouldnt return.

We visited Dahlia's by chance just walking by. We were so pleased to see that it had just opened for the night and we were first to arrive! Our bartender Rolando was definitely a vibe so much so that the next five hours would be spent here! We got a chance to chat with a few people there to include the owner who was very welcoming. We tried about four or five of their cocktails, my favorite was the Hollyhill Starburst but they were all very tasty. We did a BYOB charcuterie board and that was delicious also. This place is beautiful on the inside and an absolute vibe! We will definitely be back for the craft cocktails but definitely for the laughs and fellowship! They also have a live DJ that starts at 10pm on Friday nights. There is also a rooftop bar which was closed due to rain a cigar bar and they all look like a great time!

Desi is the absolute best bartender and manager this place could have! Her experience and ability to talk to multiple types of people shine through!! I hope to see her again when I return

I visited Dahlias for the first time - great atmosphere! Bartender was fantastic, it wasnt terribly crowded tonight, and we enjoyed being out on the balcony/veranda, having a couple of glasses of wine, and enjoying the evening. We left, went downstairs, and called an Uber from in front of the elevator. One of the hosts/bouncers came in and told us that we needed to exit, we couldnt wait by the elevator where it was much warmer than it was outside. I told him we just called an Uber and we were waiting inside because it was cold, and we were still told that we had to leave. I was fine, my date was cold. Im quite unhappy being ushered out of an establishment that I enjoyed - up until that point. I likely wont return. I dont appreciate being treated that way after paying a premium for an average wine. Perhaps you prefer to cater to a younger crowd who doesnt care how theyre treated. I do business in Charlotte, and though this was just a date tonight, I do often bring large groups for business/entertainment uptown. I wont be bringing any groups to Dahlias. Thanks for the great experience inside, and the crystal clear reminder that you cant judge a book by its cover.

I was disappointed when visiting this spot. The floors were so sticky taking me back to my college days. Service was slow too even though there were only two other people there.
