My boyfriend and I wanted to go out for a fancy dinner and were extremely disappointed with the experience. The food, sure it's good but the customer service is why I don't want to go back. I've been here several times before with family and it's always had a snooty vibe and they always seem a little more attentive to the customers who look the best but never did I think it'd be more than that. We are younger (18) and I think that's why we were treated so poorly but the staff seemed to have eyes on us at all times, explained everything like we were idiots who never had been to a restaurant before (the waitress pointed out my boyfriends card and said "this here is your card" then the receipt "this here is your receipt and you fill it out here"), and were constantly looking under the table and having just a disgusted facial expression. We had MORE than enough money to pay for a full meal and tip and dressed up all nice just to be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing place. Great food, nice atmosphere, and even better people. Bobbie took care of us and she was one of the nicest most helpful servers I've ever encountered. I would recommend this to everyone.

Amazing night with my family. Decided to go for my wife's birthday. I'm very particular about places I choose for celebrations. The night couldn't have gone better. Made reservations thru Open Table. The gave my wife a "Birthday Champagne" to start the evening. Made her day!! Started with the crab dip - large chunks of crab and nicely soft bread. Everyone enjoyed it. Our party had - short ribs, lamb chops, tuna, salmon and halibut. Each was well prepared, sauced well and presented beautifully. Nothing but praise from everyone. The two martini cocktails were well received. If you like a citrus martini, try the Birkdale Breeze. My only non-perfect item - the sauteed mushrooms needed seasoning. We finished with creme brulee and the mousse cake. Both excellent. The service was outstanding all thru the meal - attentive and friendly. Such great decor, warm and comfortable. We've lived here for five years and this was our first time. What a mistake! They made a great night for my wife. Can't wait to go back.

If you are celebrating your wedding anniversary--do not go to this location. They do not appreciate the occasional diner who is out for a celebratory evening. My wife enjoys the Dressler's in Metropolitan and thinking it would be the same upscale experience I insisted on going to this location. I was wrong. From the front desk receptionist and hostess (walked us through a half full restaurant and sat us in an overflow area) through the serving of the wine (everyone else was served wine in a wine flight decanter but me) and dinner (my wife was served boiled cod that was inedible ) it was pure disaster. The bottom line is that the restaurant caters to for "regulars" who arrive by "limo". Go figure.

Me and the Wife had our Anniversary dinner here lastnight. I wanted to take her somewhere special and this looked like a good place online. We both could tell The waiter either didn't want to be there our was just "stuffy" by nature. That said. The service was amazing! The atmosphere was great and the place Is clean. Appetizers where great and tasty. I had the Shrimp and lobster linguine and added chicken breast to it and the wife had the NY strip ordered med well with French fries. Her steak was well done which is a NO NO! and the fries were super soggy. Everything was good on my plate but the chicken was very very over cooked till it was dry and hard. When you pay for high end dinning you expect greatness on the table and that was not the case here.
