I moved from New York City to Charlotte North Carolina almost 2 years ago, and to be quite honest, I have not frequented many Italian establishments. My family is off the boat from Naples and Sicily and no one could cook as well as my Aunt Nancy and my grandma. Ive been wanting to try Ever Andalo for awhile now and finally went with a bunch of girlfriends and I have to say it was an unbelievable experience. I was at the crpe cellar before I moved here and I cannot believe how they transformed the space. The space now is very inviting & light and airy. They have almost mirrored a Trattoria in Italy. My only complaint was after 830, it got very loud, but it was still great. Our server Max was extremely attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. I dont know a lot about Italian wines but he steered us in the right direction. My friend is also gluten intolerant so he was very aware about that and gave her a lot of options including a gluten-free menu. The food was superb. We shared the roasted oysters, the burrata and the beets. The oysters were cooked perfectly. They had a great flavor. The burrata was creamy and flavorful. They also had gluten-free bread and my GF friend was thrilled. We loved the salt roasted beets. They were cooked perfectly and not mushy. I was super excited to try the pasta and I had the Pappardelle with meat sauce. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the meat sauce was delicious. It wasnt cheap but they gave you a generous portion. I also had a side of the eggplant rollatini. It was very good. I liked the red sauce that came with it. I also got the cheese cloud which is basically grated cheese. I thought $3 was a little steep but was worth it. Their cocktails were really great too. Im normally not a gin drinker but the martini was fantastic. The margarita and the spring flying were great too! I will definitely go back and try other things!

4.5 is what I really want to rate it but 4 will have to do. Ive been here twice in the last month and both visits were wonderful. Alex was our server both times and hes a delight. My first visit was for cocktails and focaccia only. The focaccia was glorious with a pile of salt and an olive oil flight. My second visit was last night for a full meal. We didnt have reservations but were seated right away. My only complaint is the tables in the middle are fairly small and we struggled to fit all of the small plates on the table. We started with the antipasti for all. The toasted hazelnuts were a big win. I would get those every visit probably. I love olives but the side of olives was only ok. However, the bleu cheese stuffed olives that came on the charcuterie board were perfect soaked in my martini. We ordered the Calabrian chili pappardelle, the sunny cavatelli, and whole fried artichokes. All were fantastic but the cavatelli was my favorite. The pappardelle was spicier than I anticipated so if you dont like spicy, avoid that one. Unfortunately we forgot to order a cheese cloud side. Dont make that mistake! We finished the night off with cannoli and the orange olive oil cake. The cannoli was very good but the cake was outstanding! I need more of that cake in my life.

High quality Italian food is being served up over at Ever Andalo located in the Noda area. We were completely blown away . The ambiance and decor are astounding; warm and modern. Ever Andalo is a small intimate setting so perfect for date night vibes . Some of my favorite dishes I tried here that really stood out was the grilled octopus it was the elements of presentation and texture for me and really wowed us. Also the Burrata I could go on and on about . The orange salt & orange marmalade elevated this burrata to almost some of the best burrata I have tried due to this factor. Umm its safe to say Im coming back here for my favorites alone .

First visit on a Tuesday around 715pm. There are no reservations available for small parties (two) during the week so we accepted a 30-45min wait time and walked to a nearby pub. We returned to the restaurant upon receipt of a text stating that our table was being prepared. The ambiance and decor are astounding; warm and modern. However, the space is incredibly small and we felt as if we were dining without privacy. I could lift an elbow and touch a fellow patron. Service was wonderful, and the food! Amazing!!! We ordered chicken piccata, kale salad, tuna and martinis. I was blown away and will absolutely return and refer friends.

We just had an amazing dinner at this restaurant! The service was top notch, our waiter was very knowledgeable about the dishes and ingredients. The food was outstanding! My husband lived in Italy for 2 years and he was really impressed with wine selection and the menu. We really enjoyed pastas! Its rare to find a restaurant that not only makes their pasta from scratch but also cook it to perfection. Flavors were on point, our favorite was definitely bucatini! We also enjoyed Focaccia, Octopus, Crudo, Oysters. And OMG that olive oil cake is outstanding! Definitely will come back again!
