Just had an amazing dinner at Fiore! The food, as well as the staff was incredible! I loved everything we tasted, but especially loved the grilled brie appetizer, the caesar salad (prepared very uniquely), and the salmon(delicious). We loved the ambience too! We were celebrating my husband's birthday and they made him a special yummy dessert! We were told that most everything is made in house! Thank you Fiore for a lovely dinner. We are so glad to have you in Ballantyne and will be back soon!
So happy to see Fiore reopen and with a new concept, chef and decor! The upscale menu and craft drinks are a welcome addition to Ballantyne. We tried several sharables and really enjoyed the salmon carpaccio and the grilled octopus. The smoked duck entree and the accompanying potatoes were amazing! The staff was super friendly and we enjoyed talking with Dean and Alejandro. The electronic menu was great and the pictures helpful. My only criticism is that the food came out almost too fast! Looking forward to returning soon.
Tried Fiore last night for the soft open. Place was great, very relaxed. Drinks were creative and well mixed. Food varied from good to great. We tried a mix of the sharables, best was the mushrooms in gorganzola & the pork belly. Least favorite was the octopus (cooked perfect but missing some flavor). The place is privacy, but it's definitely something the area lacks. Service was 10/10, but it wouldn't be a kid friendly place to have our little ones tag along. We'll definitely be back again.
The food and atmosphere was amazing, our server was extremely handsome with luscious long hair and beard. 11/10 hands down the best restaurant Ive ever been to.
Really enjoyed our first visit to Fiore. Looking forward to more in the future. Thanks for a great dining experience.
