We came here on a business trip. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is outstanding. They wouldve gotten a four or five-star rating if it wasnt for The slow service but the entire team was delighted with the food quality, and the taste of the drinks was on point; however, the service lacked severely. We were unsure if the waiter was new and did not know his job well, But that certainly affected my review. lastly, is highly recommended you get a reservation If you are walking in they seat you in an area that is not as nice as the other areas that are reserved for those who make reservation reservations.

I've been here a couple times now and have had a great experience every time. Typically I'm not a big chain restaurant person but my in laws enjoy eating here so when they're in town we go. This last visit was very enjoyable. I order the sirloin with garlic butter and my wife order the tomahawk porkchop. The steak was very tender and cooked perfectly and the pork was nice and juicy. The service was wonderful and attentive. Good place to sit down and enjoy some good food.

We chose this place for dinner tonight. The meat was well cooked and nicely seasoned. The side dishes were perfectly made. My salad was delicious, offering a satisfying balance of sweet and sour flavors. I finished with dessert, it was as it should be. Thanks to their presentations and attention to detail, this is a place I might prefer again.

Awesome food. I usually get the salmon Caesar but decided to try the shrimp. It was so good & flavorful with that perfect fresh-off-the-grill taste! Fantastic service. Host team was super kind and made great conversation with me at my table, which is not the usual for host teams at a lot of restaurants! Ill definitely be coming back to this specific location more often! & Rachel is a great server & she was very attentive without being overbearing :)

We came here for Valentines lunch. It was our first trip here. We came for lunch because we didnt want the evening rush of things. Set our reservations and walked right in and was sat down immediately. So much on the menu it took us a minute to decide what we wanted. Also noticed they had brunch type stuff as well! The waitress asked if we wanted an appetizer. We had decided on the Ranch Rings. Then we ordered. Once our app was brought out the waitress asked if we wanted bread. We didnt know they offered bread or we prob wouldnt not have gotten an app. Maybe that was the reason they did that the way they did. I honestly didnt care for the bread much. Either way app was delicious! The Ranch is the best! I ordered the wood fired NY strip with fries. My fianc had the aged ribeye with parm mashed potatoes and broccoli. Both of the steaks were phenomenal! My medium rare+ NY strip was so juicy and the wood flavor was the absolute best! Her medium aged ribeye steak was perfect as well. Her sides were great too! Prices are typical for any type steak house in that area. It did seem that you could eat cheaper if you were trying to. We definitely will be back here. And I would definitely recommend to a friend! Dont sleep on this place.

Pretty good food, prime rib was great, steak was great, baked potatoes were hard, deviled eggs were great. Creme brulee cheesecake was great. Service was decent. Prices pretty expensive.

Firebirds truly gave me some of the best service Ive experienced so far in Charlotte. From the moment I walked in, the hostess greeted me with such kindness and genuine warmth that it immediately shifted my mood. My night had honestly started off a little rough, but the way she welcomed me made me feel seen and comfortable right away. It didnt feel forced or rehearsed it felt sincere. My server, a sweet and attentive lady, completely elevated the experience. She was patient, consistently checked in without being overwhelming, and made sure everything was perfect. Her energy was so positive and caring that it genuinely turned my whole night around. The staff didnt just provide good service they created an atmosphere that felt thoughtful and intentional. Firebirds definitely set the standard for me in Charlotte.

Came here for a work dinner and it didnt disappoint! Service was great- the whole team was friendly and accommodating. This location has ample parking and its close to a plant store! Food was great. Full of flavor and brought out in good timing. This location was picked as part of our monthly supper club. Some industry friends meet to talk about life, liberty and the relentless pursuit of renting apartments.

Went there with my friend Thursday, December 4 between 6:30 and 7:00pm . I really wish I could remember our waitresses name because she was absolutely awesome. Totally on point, great personality, fantastic people skills she knew the answers to all our questions I mean she was just on it. I just I just can't use enough adjectives to describe. Probably the best waitress I have ever had anywhere, So I ordered the salmon with a lobster bisque sauce and the cider slaw and my friend, ordered the steak and loaded baked potato. Our food was on point. Perfect couldn't have asked for a better meal. We definitely will return.
