Alright guys, back at a Firebirds again. We really do enjoy this place. As for service it was great we had a gentleman named Justin who did pretty good by us. The food awesome as always we were celebrating my Wife's $1st birthday tonight and they happen to bring her our some cheesecake that was delectable. She was happy. Due to the area I expected a larger restaurant itself but still no complaints. Ambience was good could still see the menu under the lights and kids were happy with their dinner as well.

Gem of Queens feast! Seated quickly with reservations. Immediate greeting by wait staff. Hot bread served rather quickly. Now the good stuff. Super service and wonderful food ! The Ceasar salad was the best I've ever had! The buratta was delicious. Lump crab cakes with an amazing slaw was perfect. Prime rib served perfectly medium rare with buttery loaded baked potato! We will be back!!

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill South-Park is must visit . Right from the entrance, the waiter was warm and welcoming. The sitting arrangement well done; Evenly spaced . Atmosphere is cozy . I had the cilantro grilled chicken breast . Simple but yet delicious dish. The environment is clean and well ventilated. Their Bar is lit . The pineapple filler jar is one the best placement Ive seen . The arrangement setup is eye capturing . Overall, amazing experience (especially at night) .

Father's Day at Firebirds... A delicious ribeye and she enjoyed the garlic sirloin w/ a Caesar salad. The appetizer is the Philly steak egg rolls which were extraordinary! Polished off the meal with the Lemon Blueberry cake. This was a first visit to the Queen city w my queen for Father's Day. Highly recommended and from experience all of the Firebirds locations are worth the distance.

Everything pictured was good except the steak. Extremely over cooked and tasted like you were licking a salt brick. Not even worth sending it back for a new one because it would take another 45 minutes to get a new one. The manager and wait staff were y nice all things considered. I would come back for another try.

We had not been to Firebirds in a very long time. We used to go to it regularly when we lived near the one at Stonecrest. We were doing something over in the South Park area and decided to go to the one there. We haven't been in a while and gave it a try. It did not disappoint. Steak was cooked incredibly well. My wife's favorite dish still pleased her taste buds. And as always their bread is amazing

Always have a nice time when we go to Firebirds! They could use a little love on tables and bathroom. Starting to look a little run down but still comfortable. Drinks were on point. My pork chop was a little will done but overall nice time.

Nice place to eat ordered the chicken and carrots but after seeing the steaks wish I had gotten one. The carrots we grilled perfectly and had great flavor. Overall it was good place to go not to casual dress.

The service was God Awesome! Food came out super fast with a Mothers Day crowd. the GM Randy was super courteous and worked harder than servers! I watched Doug do an amazing job cooking over an open fire!!! Enjoyed the experience and will definitely come again!

Well we arrived at 5:25pm for a 5:30 reservation. We didnt get seated for 25 minutes. I can live with that. We ordered drinks to enjoy our evening. The drinks took at least 20 minutes to make it to the table. We ordered our food shortly after. We did have to ask for bread. Over an hour later our food arrived. I had a Pittsburgh style prime rib. Half of the presentation side was burnt. Not Pittsburgh style. Second side had no seasoning on it. My wife had the steak and pasta which had mushrooms in it. There was not much steak but a large amount of mushrooms and it was not seasoned very well. My mother in law had shrimp and grits. The grits were more like a grit soup. On my third glass of water I asked for ice because when they refilled the water there was no ice. When the glass of ice arrived the glass was cracked. The manager came over and tried to make it better but the night (Valentines day) was already ruined. We paid our bill at 7:44 and we left. The entire experience, along with burnt prime rib, left a bad taste in our mouth. With proper leadership this could have been avoided.
