We've lived in Concord for 17 years (from NY). What a step up at the new location! The hostess seemed a little overwhelmed but was kind. (5pm reservation) Happy to see them serving local beer (Southern Strain) Our waiter Marco (I think) was amazing! Very attentive, made great suggestions. The calamari was wonderful. Both our main courses were very good. The ONLY thing that would've made the one dish better would've been seared tomatoes. The scallops were divine. We'll definitely be back! We also appreciated the perfect (and I'm picky) anniversary canolli!

We decided to come here since we LOVED the old location. We were very disappointed to say the least. We had a party of 6, and the table was literally in the middle of the entrance. I asked the hostess if we can move the table over so we arent in the way of people going in and out. She wasnt very kind about the request, saying we had to be courteous to the other table. I told her we didnt want to worry about people walking in and out and bumping into our table. So that was our first impression, and it was awful. So by the time the remainder of our party shows up, the guest sitting at the end of the table was annoyed due to the draft from the outside constantly disrupting our engagement. So uncomfortable. So we moved the table further inward on our own. It didnt help much. We waited 15 minutes without anyone greeting us. So we had to go and ask if we were going to be served. The server came over and blamed not being told we were seated. The vibe and ambiance overall is NOT even close to what the old location was like. Theres no linen on the table. Theres way too many windows without blinds to where people were being blinded by the sunlight. lol I cant make this up. Nothing inside the restaurant has Italian vibes. The tables were full of water from glassware, as if we were in a hole-in-the-wall bar. Very disappointed. I miss the old location and the ambiance. I also miss the service from the old location. Our server this time seemed unknowledgeable. Our server from the old location was very graceful and professional. It is a huge difference in the 2 locations to the point we had to ask if it was the same owner. The food was a 5/10. Bread is no longer unlimited, and it was just basic bread rolls. It wasnt even Italian bread. The server brought ONE small dish of oil/vinegar, no butter, for SIX people. We shouldve received 2 baskets and at least 2 servings of oil/vinegar. We waited over an hour for our food to come out. Again, the food was a 5/10. Dirty dishes stayed in our table for way too long. I do not recommend this place. My expectations were based off the old location and Im disappointed to say its a completely different experience. Also, the tip suggestions were different lol.

If you're looking for some magnificent Italian cuisine, this is your place. Dishes you haven't had in years. The fun thing is hidden away upstairs is an amazing pizzeria. My favorite is the Chicken Cordon Bleu pizza, awesomeness. Right next door is an old-fashioned arcade. Full of all those games you played as a kid.

We sat at the friendship bar, it was a very good atmosphere throughout the entire dining experience. The wild mushroom appetizer was beyond delicious. We each had a different plate, we had manicotti, lasagna, and my grandson had the steak abitz. Every thing was presented very nicely. The meal itself was awesome, I would recommend this establishment to anyone who likes Italian food.

Cant believe how everybody was so disappointed on the new location and service. Never had any issues with the food or service at the old place. Figured it was a different owner, but just kept the name asked and it was still the same owner. Had reservations was basically being ignored to tell hostess we were here. Then finally paid us some attention and sat us down. After 30 minutes of sitting at the table waiting for the waitress to come I finally went up and asked if we can get service. Maybe ask if you wanted to start off with some drinks. Or at least acknowledge we are at the table. Hostess can clearly see we have been waiting for a while with no service. I think the atmosphere is very bad for an Italian place. It doesnt fit and way too loud. The old location was a cute authentic Italian inside. This place is like a loud brewery theme with wide open windows that is just way too bright. At least have some blinds or something. They didnt even give us enough rolls, which its an Italian place and they gave you like rolls you would order at Texas Roadhouse. There was more people in the party than they gave in rolls so we asked if we could have some more rolls and she said its not unlimited rules we charge now which I think thats completely ridiculous. Theyre going to be charging for extra rolls when my bill was well over $200 for 4 people. Then the dinner took well over another 30 minutes to come out and were just sitting there and sitting there waiting and waiting. The service at the old place was always so good and the service here now is not good at all. Gave a small portion of pasta and a small piece of chicken parmesan very skimpy on the portions
