The food is always good! There is always a nice selection of beer, primary local beer! I do wish they would get victory golden monkey back on tap. I recommend the tenders and any potato they have. Service is just what you'd expect from a sports bar, kinda blah!

The food was hyped pretty good but honestly I was not impressed. I had the charred wings and was not a fan. I got the hot flavored and do not like the wing sauce. Others in my party felt similar

I came here on a Thursday evening for the first time and I really enjoyed myself. Very clean, the servers were very attentive & prompt. The wait wasn't too long & it was a bit crowded. The food was very delicious. I had the buffalo chicken taco with tator tots & chicken wings. It was perfectly cooked and hot. I also love how they have outside entertainment as well. I love how it has that chill environment.

Yes you can find the Hickory Tavern all over the place if you drive all around the Carolinas. But this Hickory Tavern is in the amazing Midtown area of Charlotte. You will see amazing cityscape views from the patio of this place. You can also look downwards and there is a nice walking trail. Very cool area.
