Catching up on reviews. My first time trying Insomnia Cookies was on Tuesday, 04-26-22. I was in my car with my order at 11:14 pm. I had a sweet tooth and wanted to grab a little treat before I went home. There were two customers in front of me but I was greeted when I entered. I tried the oatmeal raisin, white chocolate macadamia, and chocolate chip cookies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. The cookies were hot. Nothing over the top but met my need for something sweet.

This location is not always open at the times listed on their door, and you have to go through an automated system and a general customer service line to even see if they are open. However, Ashley was incredibly delightful and the oatmeal raisin cookie was one of the best I have ever had. Cookies are average size, but a fair price at $2.25 per cookie (excluding premium cookies, which are almost twice that amount). The cookie sandwiches are served with Blue Bell ice cream. This is a good place for late-night cravings!

Some of the best cookies I eaten! They were soft and fresh and even at 1130pm they had just brought out a fresh batch! I will definitely be back! Friendly employees, clean restuarant, and decent prices.

Delicious cookies but the wait is entirely too long. Line is usually out the door and no real motivation to get the customers in and out. You arent greeted when entering either. This location definitely needs improvements on customer service.

Nothing special about the cookies, just the convenience. Taste is not bad at all, just not worth $14 for a 6 pack.
