I would like to know why I was charged $32 when my food was $24. I ordered ox tails plant small $19 and beef patty $4.99 I understand tax but goodness. The food was ok it was sweet the rice and beans were good cabbage and oxtails had a very sweet taste and they were fatty. Despite the over changing this is not a place that I would go back to giving that the taste of the food is not what Im used to. Its not bad its just not what I like.

I ordered the BBQ jerk chicken with Mac & cheese and plantains. Everything was amazing, but also had a great spicy kick to it.

Dont get me wrong the food is good . The seasoning is definitely there. Last time I went there was a couple months ago maybe around last year . It was $40 for me and my husbands large oxtails plates. Went there two days ago I looked at the receipt $60 and charging extra $5 for large. Opened up the plate and barely any food in the plate . Absolutely will not be returning.

The atmosphere has nothing to do with the food, the decor, Bob, the blaring Jama music as you walk through the door, the traditional smells. I got there around 3. My order oxtails peas and rice. With that said; I was given to much soup (calling it soup my rice was drowning) the rice and peas were to sweet coconut rice and peas, the coconut was overpowering and the rice was under cooked possibly leftovers combined. This is not my first visit but it could have been a lot better if I lived closer I would have returned. Disappointing!
