JINYA Ramen Bar - SouthPark

Beautifully appointed, upbeat vibes, food and flavor were outstanding. Unique offering for Southpark area. Think this place will do great here. Just understand since it is so new there seems to be some kinks to work out with respect to bar/drinks timeliness as others have mentioned. Really cant overstate how happy we were with the food though.

I was here the other day with my girlfriend after having tried and loved the location in Uptown. The staff is very nice and attentive (though too much, something I dont like about american restaurants is how the servers keep checking up on you while youre eating, in this case, it was too many times), the food was really good. We tried the Spicy Umami Ramen, Chicken Wonton Ramen and, since they didnt have the spicy tuna tacos, they made us some spicy salmon tacos, which was really nice too. Overall a great experience and would definitely come here again

Fantastic ramen, fantastic staff! The pork buns are the stuff of dreams. The manager Alex is ***super*** nice too. 10/10!

Very unsuccessful lunch. My team and I work in walking distance to this restaurant and we wanted to have the opportunity to enjoy having a ramen restaurant nearby so we went over for lunch on 4/7. At the hour mark, we were still waiting for our food while most of the tables that arrived after us got their ramen. We didnt order any appetizers and only drank water, minimal adjustments to the menu items as well so it makes no sense that our food took 1 hour and 20 minutes. We asked for to go bags around 45 minutes in, and we still waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the full order. We asked for sauce containers, and by the time our to go order was ready, we still didnt have sauce containers. Multiple people came by and apologized, but didnt try to make the experience any less frustrating. We are back at the office and some of the orders are not correct which is making the only salvageable thing about the experience (the actual food) not worth it. Unfortunately for the brand new restaurant, we dont think it is at all accommodating to any workers trying to have lunch there as you will not have enough time to actually eat, and we will make sure to let our company peers and connections in the SouthPark area know as well.
