This is hands down the best Venezuelan fusion cuisine down here in Charlotte, the vibes of the restaurant are immaculate, the service is amazing the serves are very attentive. The food is amazing, as a native Venezuelan I really enjoy the fusion with Asian cuisine is my favorite. You can really tell they put effort and care into making the restaurant clean and sanitized for both the customers and staff. I would 100% come here every chance I have for a good authentic Venezuelan meal with mixes of other cultures. They also have amazing desserts and Venezuelan snacks.

Delicious food and amazing service. I love eating places where the people there really care about the food they are making and this is it. They have both traditional dishes and spins on the traditional. The arepas appetizer is a must and every entree our group got was delicious. Also the chicha at the end (white drink in picture) is definitely recommended.

My husband and I love Venezuelan food and it's hard to find in Charlotte, so we're very glad this spot opened! We tried: - Patacon - Cachapa con Queso de Mano - Domino Arepa - Tequeos Tequeos and Cachapa are my favorite Venezuelan foods and that continued to be true here too. I love the cheese that's used in Venezuelan food. I haven't had it in other cuisines, but it's some of my favorite cheese. This spot is absolutely worth a try!

First time visit. Food was amazing! Huge portions for everyone in our group. Visit was a Saturday night, so service and refill stops took some time. Nice atmosphere, lighting is a little bright. Can't wait for our next visit.

La Cachapa con Chicarrn at @loschamosCLT in Charlotte is hands down the best cachapa con chicarrn I've had in the USA. It was perfectly cooked and the crunchy pork belly added the perfect amount of texture and flavor. The sauces and toppings were also spot on, with the queso de mano and cream adding just the right amount of kick. The service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Overall, a must-try for anyone looking for authentic Venezuelan cuisine in Charlotte. BTW the fusion food, the arepa de punta trasera, y the arepa de chicharrn with the pickled onion deserve a separate mentioning, it is just unreal!
