My chicken tenders were burnt, and my fries were soggy. Ive always had great experiences at metros but this location is the worst.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I wish I could give 0 stars. This is what $40 on Uber Eats will get you... Not only were the portions ridiculously small, the food was basically thrown into the to-go boxes and it looked unappetizing. Completely disappointed and will never order from here again, and will let everyone I know to not order from here either.

I really wanted to like this since we're big fans of Metro but don't always want to drive to Pineville. Three people working in the whole place with no one working the front desk. It seems to be mostly set up for Uber eats/door dash folks. Both employees i interacted with we're dismissive and appeared to hate their job. After waiting over an hour and having to yell in the back just to get someone's attention, I was told someone mustve took our food. Even though we never received a text update. Everything that is wrong with the restaurant industry was on full display here. I honestly can't believe this location is associated with the rest of the company.

I ordered the chicken and waffles and it was the best hands down! The only thing I would probably request a thinner waffle. Everything was fresh and cooked very well!! And might I add you definitely get your monies worth!

This place is very very very good and have some of the best food I've tasted in a long time. My new favorite place to love and enjoy. Ps. The chicken biscuits are out of this world I can eat 4or5 of them by myself.
