Nice name. Trendy decor. Good restaurant pedigree. However it didn't blow my hair back. Chicken sandwich was good but skip the rest. Having tried both breakfast and dinner here I've tried about half the menu. Initial reaction is overpriced. The cinnamon roll is $7 and it's so rich and sweet it's almost intolerable. The donuts were well-made and seemed to be the most popular order. I really wanted to like the avocado toast but the bread was a little stiff and the seasoning could be dialed back 50%. Nice addition of the soft boiled egg on top--worth the upcharge. The biscuit sandwich was also difficult to eat as it was very tall and fell apart as you bit into it. I'll definitely visit again for a chicken sandwich but will skip breakfast. Bottom line the breakfast offerings just don't seem to nail the value equation for price paid.

Really enjoyed our visit, the doughnuts had a nice level of chew without feeling heavy. Plain glaze with the cinnamon was a nice touch but the chocolate was even better. The icing on the chocolate actually tasted like chocolate which was nice as a dark chocolate fan. The hot dip was great, the meat was tender with a slight crunch but likely would have had a better crunch if it wasn't dipped. Fresh pickles on the sandwich were great as well as the sweet roll it was served on. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and they were constantly helping anyone who grabbed their attention. The one drawback I had was the volume inside was at times overwhelming, we couldn't hear the kids talk at times and they were also a little uncomfortable with that level of volume. I understand that it is entirely situation dependent and not really anything I expect to change.

The food was very good. There is a fairly limited menu with not a vast variety of options but everything they do have is very tasty. They even let you substitute the meat in anything for a fake meat at no extra charge, which is very nice for vegetarians! Very yummy food. I highly recommend trying a dessert along with your food. The donut was amazing!

More expensive than it's worth. Chicken sandwiches no better than Crafty Burg'r in Cornelius, but sides not included here. They have a fried chicken sandwich for $9. If you want the healthier grilled chicken, you have to get the $12 one with bacon and cheese (no longer healthy). You can have the bacon and cheese removed, but still $12. Even though you place your order at the counter, their system defaults to a 20% tip when paying. I could have changed it, but I figured we'd get service. When they brought out the food, we asked for napkins and they told us to go in and get them ourselves. What was the $9 tip for??

The food was really good! We got the hot "chick" sandwich, fried cauliflower, fries, plant based chick nuggets, & donuts. My cashier had great customer service & asked the manager about the accommodations I requested. I don't like mayo so they let me swap out the slaw for shredded lettuce. I also had questions about their plant based options. The manager, Mason was very accommodating & also had amazing customer service too. I really enjoyed my visit today.
