Nana's Soul Food Kitchen
Food is Wonderful, however be prepared to SPEND a good $40 Plus for ONE MEAL!!! Listen Quality over Quantity however, I don't like spending $20 on one meal let along $40. People times are getting crazy and the cost of living is very high... It is delicious and I support a black business but damn....

I must say I've been eating soul food for a long time and even cook a lot myself, so going out and trust others with your taste buds can be a challenge. I've tried this establishment several times to give it another chance, and it's just always a no. I don't know if its the cooks or the recipes or both. But something is slightly off. I think this Restaurant being in a great location is what keeps it's doors open because it can't be the food.
This restaurant has one of the most friendly staffs I have met yet. Very helpful and pleasant as they explained options during our first visit there. Our family got a variety: fried chicken, catfish, baked chicken, macaroni and cheese, green beans, rice, and collards. Half of us got cornbread and the other the roll. Top picks: catfish, fried chicken, green beans, cornbread. Macaroni tastes better with salt and pepper (had to season more so than expected). Also, cheesecake was good while the banana cream pie was even better.
