Nick & Mike Bar and Grill

Date Night w/ Bae and we wanted to try something new. I've heard about Nick Mike's Bar from a friend and we decided to give it a try. Everything was tasty including the drinks. It's sorta an Intimate Sports Bar vibe. Love the decor & paintings throughout. Our waitress who's name started with an "A" was great. Anytime we needed something, she didn't hesitate. Definitely will be making more trips there once football season starts.

Its a a local (not chain) sports bar with semi-formal vibe to it and nice interiors. We were promptly seated and had the nice server take our drinks order. I ordered a Moscow mule which was really good but I did notice that the copper mug was broken (in pic). My partner ordered a tea . For meals he ordered a shrimp po boy with seasoned broccoli as a side instead of fries. His sandwich was good but broccoli lacked any kind of seasoning, infact, was bland. I ordered Chicken tacos which was good, no complaints there. It's a clean establishment but I did notice that while wiping a table over from us, the server used the same utensils and dishes as a crumbs and stuff instead of a sanitize rag. And it's a major Turn off frankly. Not a germophobe here but I do like clean places. Rr was clean. Do check out the pics in the hallway leading to rr's . Like the decor. Will be back to try this place again.

Friendly bartender, great vibe. Bar stools are super comfortable. I had a cheeseburger, my friend has shrimp risotto. They were both really good. We each got some basic mixed drinks that were good too. The music was a bit loud for 6 oclock, but I still enjoyed it. Ill be back.

I had never heard of this spot when a friend recommended it. But I was willing to give it a try. As others have stated, it is located in a strip mall. Upon entering, the restaurant is cute but small. There is a large bar with a row of tables behind it. I visited with 4 friends on a Thursday evening. It was near empty when we arrived but started filling up by the time we left. Our server was very attentive throughout our time there. She was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. A friend ordered the calamari appetizer, which was very good. I ordered the rum punch to drink. It was strong and good. For my dinner, I ordered the shrimp and grits appetizer with a side of collard greens. Even though it was an appetizer, the shrimp and grits was a generous portion. Although it looked delicious, I felt like I could have benefitted from more seasoning. The flavor of the collard greens was just ok to me. If you are going, the wings are definitely the star of the show. Two of my friends ordered wings and were very happy. Upon checkout, we noticed that the price of the drinks was broken down into the individual components. However, we had been upcharged to the more top tier rum even though we requested it. After bringing it to our attention, the waitress removed the charge. Gratuity was also automatically included. Based on my food experience only, I have mixed feelings about whether or not I would return. Especially since there are so many great restaurants in the area. Unfortunately, I just wasn't blown away.

Atmosphere was great, Our waitress, Anitra, was attentive and checked on us often, the kitchen made the food quickly, the wings were saucy and crispy!! Everything was piping hot!! Definitely going back!!!
