Lovely coffee shop in Charlotte. Came on a Monday when every other coffee shop was closed due to a national holiday. Was happy to find a place open! The barista that was working was very friendly and greeted me and offered me suggestions when I asked about the menu. I ended up ordering a seasonal iced latte and beef empanada. The empanada took about 5 mins to reheat and the coffee was ready a little after. The space has lots of indoor seating and is very modern and minimalistic. The latte was great, 8/10. Good espresso and syrup flavor. The empanada was okay, 6.5/10. It was made by a local baker but wasnt particularly delicious or flavorful. But for sure not bad, may have been better if it came with the suggested sauce but they were all out of it :) Would visit again

Was in town for a concert and happened to find this place- best decision ever. Highly recommend this roastery/cafe. I believe Jared was the one that helped us out; lovely person, gave us coffee recommendations and just overall great service. They serve local empanadas with a house-made cilantro sauce and those were HEAVENLY. Best coffee and food for sure.

Night Swim Roasters & Caf is a really nice, spacious spot with a great atmosphere. It can get a little loud at times, but I had my noise-canceling headphones and was totally fine. There are plenty of outlets, which makes it a great place to work or hang out for a while. The pastries were tasty, the matcha was yummy, and the service was kind and welcoming. Overall, a solid caf Id definitely come back to.

Update: The truly fantastic is still truly true. Another absolutely slamming fantastic visit. I really have fallen in love with your seasonal syrups, I'm dying to taste what comes next. To the best barista I hope you have the most epic travels. Truly fantastic. Hella quick service super friendly the only disappointment is they were out of pastries which is a disappointment for me and surely not for them because obviously we're they were delicious. Lol I got the blue velvet as it was in season highly recommend what a fantastic addition to a matcha. The blueberry in it was super fresh and bright and the lemon is just the right pop of acidity to balance it all out. Even their coffees are fantastic which they roast in the house. Stop reading this review and run over there right now Edit: it was so good I immediately ordered it again I've had it now iced and hot both ways are absolutely fantastic.

That was a stupid good latte. Coming from Los Angeles where there is a very high caliber coffee scene, Ive been a bit dissatisfied in Charlotte but this spot was everything I was hoping for. The staff is super knowledgeable on their coffee, ingredients and techniques. I love that they offer matcha and you can absolutely tell that their syrups are house made (maple cardamom was fantastic). Wish I lived closer because Id co-work and over caffeinate here on a regular.
