I enjoyed Not Just Coffee quite a lot. They've got good coffee -- and more! Try the Belgian waffle, shown below. It is a nice place to sit and people-watch, and there are some great shops in the area to kill some time as well. There is lots of parking but this area is super busy so you might want to take the light-rail to East-West.

They live up to their name, the coffee is some of the best Ive found in Charlotte. My wife loves their chai lattes, they also have great breakfast options. Ive had the quiche and the breakfast biscuit and both are exceptional.

Great coffee spot. Friendly staff and fun setting. I ordered a triple shot over ice and oat milk. The menu showed they have gluten free bread. If you need a place to study / work, this is a great location. Great skyline view of downtown Charlotte.

Not just a regular coffee shop Very industrial and chic location in atherton mills. Loved their special bella latte.

Great coffee shop right off the blue line. Nice seating area with lots of natural light and plants. Got a tea latte which was tasty.
