We ordered lunch online for pick up at 11:45. I got a call saying it will be at 12:15. I said thats fine. I got there at 12:20 and she said it will be few minutes. It was 12:35 and no food yet. I asked to cancel our order and waited 5 more mins to figure out if it got cancelled. No apology at all from anyone except one waitress. This was supposed to be Christmas lunch for our staff of 4. Our break ends at 1 so now we are scrambling to figure out lunch! I understand there are issues that arise and thats fine but at least tell me whats going on.
Like always, the did I great job serving us, I love the passion that the Eloy the owner of this place have and the pride to deliver good food. To be honest I never really look at the menu I just asked Eloy what I should eat, but since he wasnt here I used Fernandos recommendation, and off course I wasnt disappointed. They did a great job helping us. Unfortunately, I can only give five stars because I would like to give more. Thank you all. Andre Campos
Unfortunately, the owner is not inclusive. I have come here and even after making reservations he will take walk-ins and seat them at better seats than someone that made reservations. Please don't do that. The female server we had was super nice.
There were 24 of us for wedding rehearsal dinner. Michael was great to work with on every step of the way. The entire staff was awesome! The food was the best. The best steak ever. Thank you Oggi Staff!
Dinner was fantastic. The service that we had was excellent. Ronald suggested menu items and told us about the items that we selected. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I had the chicken parmesan which was amazing. One of my favorite dishes. My dinner partner tonight said that the salmon and the beef carpaccio was also very good.
