Good place to dine as family, individual, groups and eat some quality sushi rolls...they even offered a military discount. Prices were mid upper range to high. Roll and nigri rice textures were soft...maybe too soft.

I ordered their 7 piece chef selection nigiri and Escolar nigiri. I noticed the fish felt softer and tasted fresher than most places. Decided to try the Otoro nigiri. They served up the biggest fattest bluefin nigiri. Park Sushi- they're just better.

Was lucky enough to experience their soft opening. Went with shoyu ramen, tender and delicious meat with great flavored broth. Had some sashami too, unagi, sake, and smoked saki. Quite yummy indeed. Presentation was very nice touch as well. Best sushi I've had in Charlotte. Laid back atmosphere. Low noise on our visit. Definitely going to be back.

Park Sushi replaced our long time favorite Sushi Guru at this location, and we were definitely surprised with how amazing the food was. Our server was extremely knowledgeable regarding sushi and sake, and the presentation was amazing. The vegan roll was off the charts, and the park sushi roll blew our mind!

Clean establishment, friendly staff and great food. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen and the chocolate mousse cake, both were delicious. I definitely will come back.
