DASHER REVIEW Soooo I've never actually had the food here, but I've done a number of deliveries from this location. And I've got to take some time to give this place a try as a patron. It's a fun looking lil spot just on the outskirts of the downtown area. There's decent seating on the patio out front to enjoy your food in the elements. Summer is right around the corner. Inside, there's a colorful vibe giving off a nice place for family and any type of festive activities as part of your day. Parking is a bit limited as it shares space with a few other businesses. A pretty small parking lot to say the least. You're more than likely going to be parking on the street and doing a lil walk. But that's ok bcuz the atmosphere of the surrounding environment is quite pleasant. Service here, as far as my experiences go, ha always been up to par. Not too slow. They get you when you arrive. And the main thing is they smile when they speak to you. To me, this goes a very long way. All-in-all, a good spot to add to your belly hunting journey. Check em out n tell em Midway sent ya!

Glad to see Phat Burrito back open and thriving, brought back memories of the "old days" in SouthEnd. Got a steak and black bean burrito and it did not disappoint. The tomatilla salsa was on point (but I was disappointed that the old salsa bar didnt make it to the new version of the restaurant) Will definitely return!

Loved there were vegan options, we had a great time, great service and atmosphere. We had vegan burrito with vegan salad and was delicious. Definitely recommend. I would happily go again.

If youve seen my reviews before, you know Im all about great food and meeting new people. My recent visit to Phat Burrito in LoSo Charlotte was a blast! I ended up here thanks to my brothers suggestion, similar to my experience at Mad Greek Charlotte(definitely check that review out!). As soon as I walked in, I got this awesome vibe that reminded me of Donna from That '70s Show. If youre not familiar with her, you might miss the reference, but trust me, Liz totally nailed that energy. While my brother was pondering the menu, I struck up a full-blown conversation with her, and she instantly knew who I meant! Liz is not just friendlyshes absolutely charming, with long blondish-red hair. Her customer service was incredible. She took our orders while keeping our chat lively and even helped me choose my meal. I asked for half tofu and half veggies, and I ended up with a bowl instead of a burrito, but honestly, I didnt mind at all. The food was fantastic! Liz apologized for the mix-up, but I was just happy to dig into my meal. The only downside? Parking can be tricky. But the location is super convenient, so Ill definitely be back! Thanks, Liz, for making my visit so enjoyable!
