I recently visited PIE.ZAA in Charlotte after discovering them through the Goodiebag app, which focuses on sustainability by allowing businesses to offer discounted products that would otherwise be discarded. I love the concept and appreciate businesses that participate in reducing food waste. The first challenge for me was the parking situation. I was able to find the location without any problem, but I had to circle the block several times before finding a spot. Just something to keep in mind if youre visiting during a busy time. Once inside, the cashier was very friendly and took the time to explain how the Goodiebag pickup process works. The slices are pre-boxed and refrigerated, but they will heat them up for you if youd like, which I appreciated. While I understand the efficiency of the concept, I did wonder how ingredient transparency is handled, especially for customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions. The store itself was clean, which is always a plus. At the end of the counter where you receive your order, they had a nice selection of condiments available red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley all neatly set up and easy to access. Overall, it was a solid experience with friendly service and a great sustainability concept. Just plan ahead for parking!

Some of the best pizza in Charlotte with Incredible texture and a classic but unique flavor. Pepperoni was missing some Peps but still had all the flavor I was looking for a slice of pizza. On the other hand... LOVIN ZAA LIFE slice has a sleeper build. Despite it being a hamburger pizza loaded with toppings it still tasted like pizza and was crispy all the way down to the last bite. Cookies are also good. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookie had all the peanut butter flavor I was looking for in a cookie. And the CC cookies while not incredible was a solid cookie that I think anyone would like. Bob Ross is a nice touch too

First time eating here and it was for sure the best pizza in Charlotte! The staff was so friendly and provided such a fun atmosphere with big smiles. We got the sausage pizza and monthly special and both were INCREDIBLE!! if you have not eaten this pizza yet, it is a MUST! Pro tip, if you have a small car you will have to put the pizza in the trunk... thats how big it is. Will definitely be back :) PS love the logo!

Appreciate the effort (especially variety), but it seems like their investment went to decorating the place (which is weird because it's a grab-and-go pizza spot) and fancy branded slice boxes but they skimp on the cheese and don't even have utensils! That means if you want the pizza cut more they have to do it behind the counter. Just weird.

We were so excited to finally try this Pizza place. We went to the Charlotte location. My expectations were high (being from Long Island, NY I dont play around with my Pizza) not even going to exaggerate but their pizza exceeded our expectations. Its 100% the best pizza weve found down here in NC and it even beats out alot of places Ive had back in NY. The crust, sauce, cheese everything was great. Good crisp to it too. Their ranch was also 10/10 so good. Means alot that the staff was super friendly and the owner, Tyler stopped to chat with us. He also gave husband a cookie. Even though we live an hour north, we will be back. Thanks Pie.Zaa!
