Poor customer service. Ordered online for pick up and arrived 15 minutes after ordering, then I was told my order was probably on its way to my house (why on earth would it be on its way with no address?) Then shortly after that someone else must've picked it up. Did not offer me a remake (or he did but also let me know how it'd be a cost to them) and had me waiting near an hour thinking they were remaking our order only to be told "your order hasn't come through yet" excuse me? How did you see my order before then? How did someone pick it up if you haven't received it yet??? Not only that, but arent they supposed to confirm orders before allowijg someone to pick up an order? Makes no sense and now im out 40$. So disappointed.... never coming back to this location

Young lady wasnt paying attention and put an ingredient I didnt want. Asked the guy in line to remake and then he messed up the order as well and threw it together sloppily I guess upset he had to remake the order (not my problem, blame your line worker). Got fed up and just went with it cause the line was building and clearly no one wanted to be there to listen for my correct order.

Great spot for some fast Mexican-ish food. Really like the new spicy sweet Cholula chicken they've got going on. Will definitely be returning!

Food was ok. Staff was attentive and found my order right away. I got the grilled adobo chicken burrito bowl. Barely any chicken in it, couldnt even taste it (tiny little pieces). Rice was a little hard. You dont get a lot of food in the bowl compared to chipotle. I only came here because I had a coupon. I wouldnt choose this over chipotle if given the choice.

First time trying and it was pretty good. Has a nice kick to it in terms of spicy, and generous portions for the price. Friendly staff. Will have to try again soon.
