I want to start off by talking about the negatives. The Caesar salad was awful. There was definitely no anchovies and it almost tasted like water and vinegar for the salad dressing. Not impressed. The service was okay, not very personable just seemed like he was doing what it took to get by. My friend said his steak and coconut shrimp was excellent. He said his medium rare was cooked to perfection. I had the lobster ravioli. I was impressed by the amount you got. I have had better but for NC this has been my best experience with this dish. The cake was so so. It was better the first time I came and had dessert and drinks. Overall not worth the price.

Went to Red Rocks for a delicious Mothers Day dinner. As a busy Realtor had to celebrate Mothers Day the day after. So happy I did! At first I was disappointed to find out they took the Thai chili mussels off the menu, but there potato cakes definitely made up for it. It was my first time having them as a starter and definitely wont be the last. Are server Laurie was very attentive. The blue cheese olive martinis were delicious. I also saved room for dessert and was happy I did. We had the tuxedo cheese cake, and it was the perfect ending to the night.

Great Experience! Food was seasoned well, Elegant ambiance, and Professional servers along with the Valet parking. I devoured the Lobster Ravioli! Enjoyed the visit during Charlotte Restaurant Week in July 2022.

The Cucumber martini is a must try! So refreshing and just perfectly balanced. I also love drinks that are served up, not on ice, because it allows me to slowly sip on something without dilution changing things up. I would have had like 5 of these if I wasn't responsible! The coconut shrimp was delicious, very coconut-y. Came with a teriyaki style sauce which was a yummy pairing and great dipping sauce. I tried the Apple Mule, which was good but not mind blowing. Good apple flavor, ginger came through as well, I just don't think it was a good follow up to the cucumber martini. Finished off the meal with a plate of jambalaya! The flavor was out of this world! I don't know if it can be considered traditional, but I wasn't disappointed. Perfect amount of spice and heat, good amount of protein, not overly rice heavy! The only questionable thing is the almost whole Roma tomato cut up on it, I would definitely have left that off. I just picked it out, but if possible I would ask for it to be omitted next time I order it! Had a wonderful time here, can't wait to come back for more of that cucumber!

This is mother's day 2022 buffet. This is the first thing you'll see. The prime rib was decent - everything else was barely edible. We waited 1/2 hour to be seated AFTER having reservations. That's completely forgivable if the food is good. Not sure what's happened to Red Rocks. It used to be one of the best holiday buffets ever. This was trashy at best, filthy at worst. Our server was great - she was the highlight by far!
