Fun diner in the heart of epicenter in Charlotte. Lots of menu items. Comfort food with great desserts and a full bar This was my second visit and I enjoyed it as much as my first. It's a toss up between what I liked more the carrot cake of the coconut cake. Good for large or small groups, however this is a popular area in Charlotte so getting in early would be best to beat the crowds.
Visiting from Philadelphia and had a great experience at the diner. I asked the manager, Shakia, for some historical black sites to go see and she was gracious enough to take a moment from her duties to help me. I was at the bar area and waited on by the shift manager, Peter, which was a surprise as he was working and not just around. Highly recommend and would definitely return, because the hospitality and food were great!
This place is amazing. The food is excellent and the service was the best I have ever had. I normally do not write reviews and I typically do not like dining out because of service. Our waitress was Lashonda and she was so sweet and on top of everything. I highly recommend this place.
We found this place during a walk in uptown Charlotte. We sat at the counter, which is what we prefer. We had the NICEST server, Zoe. The food was good, inexpensive and considering they are open 24-7 the restaurant was very clean. We enjoyed going there.
The food was great and the service was fast. We went on a weekday so it wasn't too busy. I had eggs, French toast and their super creamy tasting grits. Even though it was morning, my sister was able to get a slider and mac n cheese. The Pineapple juice is also amazing!
