Im a croissant lover and this is the best French patisserie in Charlotte Ive been. It is a little bit pricy but quality is better than in other similar places. All the times Ive been here Ive seen several people speaking in French so Im guessing the francophone community likes it too. The only opportunity area I see its that beverages are not that good compared to the rest of the food. I usually dont buy drinks here other than water but food is really good!

Cute little coffee place. Quiche meal was delicious, but the side salad is very small. The rest fo the food looked good. I thought the service was great. Cant wait to try their pastries

They made cocomelon cake for my sons fist birthday party. It was awesome and deliciousssss!!! All my guests loved the cake and kept on asking me where I got it made. I ordered a birthday cake for my wife's 50th here. They were helpful when ordering, the cake was for 80 people and it was absolutely delicious, decorated very nicely and delivered to the venue exactly when promised. I would definitely recommend them. I still pop in for a treat once in a while and recommend you do too!

This was my second time visiting Renaissance Patisserie. The first time was not super busy so the service and desserts were amazing. This last time may have been a result of the busy Easter weekend but I had ordered two cakes in advance of the holiday to be served on Sunday. I picked up the cakes on Saturday afternoon: 1 Fraisier (a wonderfully good cake with strawberries) and 1 Bunny Butt cake (almond cake with raspberry filling). The Fraisier was a hit and even though the bunny cake was decorated adorably, the cake was VERY dry and did not taste at all like almond; perhaps I was given a white/vanilla cake on accident? I received many complaints about the bunny cake and that was the one that I was most excited about trying. I'll give Renaissance one more try but if it is anything like this last time I will go elsewhere...Almost $90 for two smallish cakes is overpriced (IMO) if they aren't almost perfect.
