I wish I lived in Charlotte so that I could eat here more often! The food is fresh and vibrant, plenty of topping options. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of dressing options as well. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was kind and attentive which made me feel very seen during my dining experience. Do yourself a favor, take a stroll through the Mint Art Museum and then come eat a colorful meal from Salata :-)

This is definitely one of the better salads Ive had. Got it exactly the way I wanted it. It was super fresh. I ordered through Google and it was super easy didnt even have to download their app. Walked in and my order was ready before it was supposed to be. Friendly staff, super close to my office. I would definitely recommend and will be back.

Great place for a quick and light lunch! Came in and got a small bowl (which was big enough). You can build it however you want, and the number of toppings and options can make you dizzy. I got the chicken, added some apples and blueberries (big hit!!!). As well as some fresh veggies and sesame sticks. It was a full meal, that kept me full until dinner bit not heavy. Everything was fresh and good, and I know I'll be back.

We got a Wrap and large salad that were both great. Pita chips that come with the wrap were great. Chipotle chicken was really flavorful. Customer service was also really great super friendly and attentive.
