Me and my wife came here to eat after doing some shopping. They have several kinds of burgers, chicken burgers, a mushroom burger and veggie burger. I ordered the smoke shack I think its called. It comes with cheese, bacon, some kind of sauce and cherry pepper relish I think it was. My wife ordered the shroom burger. It comes with Munster cheese lettuce tomato and sauce. We also got a strawberry shake to share. You order from a kiosk and take a number and put it on your table. The food came out in about 10 minutes. My burger was hot and fresh. The bacon was crispy and the bun was soft. The cherry pepper relish gave it just the right kick. Very good. My wifes mushroom burger was very tasty too. The shake was also. We will definitely be back

I went here earlier this year, loved it! Returned today and I didnt like what I got . They are purposefully cutting portions.. It was $40 worth of food and I might as well have gone to McDonalds if I knew they were going to serve such atlesst McDonalds throws fries in and then some Chicken bites were terribly salty and disappointing I uploaded 2 pictures Im sure you can tell which I loved and which experience was just disappointing

PATHETIC!!!! I orders food through DoorDash. Im only two miles down the street and the burger looks as if its been sitting there all day them microwaved for me. The serve customers fresh food in store, but give slop to third party orders!!!!! What a shame! Then, Uber doesnt gives the refund! So Im stuck with a $14 burger thats old! All the manager can say is unfortunately, blah blah blah. Sad!!!

My first time at this location was on Tuesday, 03-12-24. I received an email about the promo for a free SmokeShack with a $10 purchase. I ordered the SmokeShack, kimchi fries, root beer, & yuzu lemonade. I liked the kimchi seasoning on the fries; the sauce, not so much. The SmokeShack had an unexpected kick of spice/heat which I liked. The service at this location was much better than Woodlawn; the employees seemed more organized. There was a good, chill vibe while I waited for my order which didn't take long. I was able to watch a little basketball. They're a little pricey for burgers & fries to me, but I'd definitely return to this location for a splurge.

tried the frosted donut milkshake last night. it had entirely too many sprinkles in it. the first few sips were fine but yeah no. Overall you cant beat the burgers shakes and even the chicken sandwich but I would 0/10 recommend the new specialty milkshake.
