Its great to have Summit in the neighborhood! Chill vibes, great people, and a relaxing ambiance make this my new go-to cafe. Weve been a couple times since its opened and if youre looking for a place to catch up with friends, work, or just hang out, Summit is the spot. The crew here keeps the place super clean, they provide plenty of options for beverages and host local, live music from time to time. Thanks for the great coffee, great people, and great times!

Ive been continually impressed by Summit Coffee - On the Plaza! They have had such a smooth opening that speaks highly of the owners/manager. They are consistent, make fantastic coffee and have put together the best team! 10/10 recommend! Plus its an adorable + clean space that is great for remote work.

We loved the coffee especially their Cappuccino is worth trying!! They sell selective beers as well. A cafe to work/study while sipping your desired coffee or just have fun playing any of the board games they offer (We picked Jenga ) The good thing is they do have handicap pathway inside the cafe. Staff was very friendly and attentive

I really like Summit Coffee! The interior is modern and cozy, with comfortable chairs, and its a quiet place to work or study. They have good coffee and pastries, including a vegan pumpkin chocolate chip bar that my son devoured quickly. I also appreciate that the space is kid-friendly! There are coloring pages and crayons, board books as well as some paperback novels and board games. Theres also a stepstool in the bathroom for reaching the sink. I got the strawberries and cream coffee (seasonal drink) and it was so good! I think when I visited before, I had a lavender latte and that was yummy. They also will substitute oat or almond milk without an upcharge. Its located in a new shopping center on The Plaza, with a few other businesses in the same building. They have a nice outdoor patio.

A quiet coffee shop tucked away on the plaza. I came in for my first time last week, and the coffee was very tasty. I got the blueberry cold brew, which was surprisingly tasty. I dont usually like fruit flavors mixed with coffee, but this was very good and tasted like they use real blueberries to make the sauce. Think Starbucks cold foam, but blueberry style lol. I cant wait to come back and stay to get some work done.
