Such a pretty place but the food fell short. The only meal we would reorder if needed would be the clam chowder. Other than that everything else was mid. The spinach dip tasted like hospital food, it was not cheesy or flavorful. The pasta tasted frozen or freezer burned. The burrata was not fresh at all. The lobster bisque was not edible. Our waitress wasnt too attentive.

Lets start with food. I was very happy with my steak and lobster. The entire meal was well done. Our server Noah saved the day. He was personable and he didnt keep coming over interrupting our meal once the food was served. He would look over to check on us and if we didnt make eye contact he allowed us to enjoy our conversation. I love that.

Dillon took very good care of us, very attentive and nice. Definitely would come back! also love the atmosphere very cute. food was really good too, can't wait to try more!

We had a great Father's day brunch on the patio. Noah our server was spot on and the food was amazing. We had a less than desirable experience on a previous visit on Mother's day and they made up for that experience. I'm glad to showcase this restaurant more favorable as I truly love the atmosphere, staff and food. See you in a couple of weeks.

Well, my hands came to write this "great review" about my wedding and the reserve for 10 people in this restaurant. I leave one star for the waiters who walked next to me with tears in their eyes and apologized for ruining my wedding. Reservation. We made a reservation for a private room 3 weeks before October 7. ....On October 7, we came to the restaurant and the girl told us OH, IM SORRY, WE PUT PEOPLE A FEW HOURS AGO IN A PRIVATE ROOM. And the waiter put us in the middle of the restaurant as if we came to the buffet, not to the wedding After 1.5 hours, they made a place outside for us, turned on the heaters and we sat down outside (we didnt order anything for 1.5 hours). Administrator, answer me, were clowns , arent we? Brought you a cake at 11 a.m. so that you smart staff do not forget about the reservation of a private room. Food. We made an order 1.5 hours later, the reserve was at 7:00 p.m., we made an order at 8:30 p.m., the starters were brought quickly, the main dishes we waited for 45-50 minutes! F, 50 minutes and you guys brought me a hot plate with cold fish, you brought my husband a hot plate with two different roasts of medallions Thank you all for not dropping my cake while it was carried! And thank you for the F big cake knife that was for meat. Thank you all for the spoiled mood and for the wasted nerves! Thank you all for such irresponsible work with the reservation! Thank you all!!!! We will never return to Tap & Vine in Ballantyne or Indian Trail.
