Truly the best gluten free and regular bakery items Ive ever had! I admire Matts passion to create the best quality regular and gluten free baked goods. The cookies and cinnamon rolls are to DIE for. Ill be trying the bagels and the English muffins next!

I didnt think it was possible to have gluten free bread that was light and fluffy and didnt taste like cardboard. Everything Ive had has been fantastic! The sourdough and focaccia are amazing and free really well. Those toffee chocolate chip cookies are out of this world delicious! Matt is so talented!

Matt is my go-to gluten-friendly baker-I think Ive tried everything he makes! The bagels and focaccia are the best Ive ever had, cinnamon rolls are amazing, cookies dont last more than a day in our house, and he made an out-of-this-world cheesecake for my daughters birthday! You can tell Matt really cares about his craft, and bringing quality goods to the community. He truly enjoys making others happy with his creations.

There is nothing accidental about how AMAZING this bread is! My husband ordered the sourdough, focaccia, English muffins, and banana bread. All was delicious. My personal favorite was the focaccia. It had a golden dimpled crust with the perfect amount of rosemary and salt the middle was moist and soft. So incredibly delicious.
