The Flipside Restaurant

Welp since we moved outta Charlotte a week ago, and landed in RockHill, gotta go where I guess the locals go! Absolutely solid food spot on RockHill. Good mix of drinks, and variety on the menu. Prices were fair, and quality matched! The Calamari was outstanding, but a little light on the portions, only thing I would gripe about, but then again I can eat 2 lbs of Calamari like its nothing. The Ruben was great, thick marbles rye and tender Pastrami! The backend salmon pasta was creamy, salty in a good way and pasta held the sauce. The biscuits and strawberry butter.....I need it every day..

What a great place to enjoy delicious southern style dishes! Stopping in Rock Hill on our way to Michigan our hotel recommended Flipside and it was perfect! Service is excellent! Our server Eric was super friendly and attentive and offered us great suggestions. We tried the fried green tomatoes, the wedge salad-the ranch dressing was amazing and the fried chicken-all fantastic! The corn bread biscuits with the blackberry butter out of this world. The food and Erics friendly service makes this restaurant a highly recommend!

Had a great dining experience at Flipside. The service was incredibly attentive the staff checked on me multiple times and made sure everything was just right. They were kind enough to prepare a vegetarian mushroom ravioli for me, and it was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The kale salad was just as impressive crisp, well-seasoned, and beautifully balanced. Great food paired with genuinely thoughtful service makes this place a standout. Will be back again!

Hannah was great! This is my second time coming, and both times the food has been awesome! I love the paintings on the walls, although I wish they had chosen a wall color over gray. Everything is always very neat and clean. The staff have always been very friendly and welcoming. The avocado pull-apart bread appetizer is absolutely amazing! Its worth going back there just for that alone! The bread is the fluffiest Ive ever had and the pepperoni sauce that went with it was so good. The mushroom ravioli was jampacked with flavor! The messy chicken sandwich was super delicious, although incredibly spicy to me, but my partner does not have a spice detector so he loved it and came out alive lol. All of their desserts are homemade except the strawberry shortcake, but it comes from a local bakery. The peach cobbler was delicious! (They had some great looking salads as well.) 3rd visit: Delicious! Great dessert martinis as well!
