Restaurants come and go, but The Palm - Charlotte, has been a part of our lives for the past 20+ years. The Palm has been our go-to place for both business and pleasure and going there always feels like being with family. To everyone there, from General Manager, Joey Profetta, to Assistant Manager, Adrian, Tanya, and all the wonderful wait staff, you are the BEST in the business. We appreciate each of you for the kindness and attentiveness you have shown us. Whether it's a date night at a bar booth, or a special occasion with friends or family, The Palm Charlotte is always a warm and welcoming place to gather. We highly recommend them as one of Charlotte's best.

Really upset! I contacted the restaurant to make reservations for a party of 14 in their private dining area. I spoke with one of the managers who told me they had availability at 8pm for one of their rooms. She emailed me the menus to choose from and I emailed her my choice along with some other requests. I did not receive anything after that from her so I called the restaurant the next day. I spoke with her and she told me it was no longer available. I had already made plans and told 14 people about it. I think it was a lack of communication and customer service on the restaurants behalf. All anyone offered was a sorry

ExcellentI enjoyed my dining experience very much. Fantastic wine options and a menu fir lunch that was phenomenal. The wait staff are 1st class. The lobster bisque was the best I have ever had. Tomatoes on a different dish needed longer on the vine but every thing else was a culinary treat.

After being blown away by the food at the Palm in Las Vegas we wanted to give the Charlotte location a try. Very dissapointing. Waitress and service were on par. Steaks were no where near the level of the Vegas restaurant. Theirs were cooked in butter and were served sizzling hot. Flavor was out of this world. Sorry to say this was not the experience in Charlotte. Food was average, a best, followed by a huge bill. Cannot recommend this location.

My son and daughter celebrate my birthday with a nice dinner at the Palm before the Rolling Stones 9/30/21 Charlotte appearance, both a first for me. We enjoyed the patio, excellent service, really good 22 oz. bone-in ribeyes, delicious asparagus & garlic mashed potatoes. I'll definitely return to explore more of the menu. Enjoyed
