Been here twice and got a full dinner plate of jerk chicken with the mac & cheese with their plantains. Those plantains will definitely put you to sleep for sure, amazingly fast service. Definitely coming back for more!

I am normally a happy customer but today not so much. For one it says online they open at 11 but they dont open until 12. So I sat a hour and once I was able to make my order this is what I received. The cabbage was not done, and the oxtails where very hard and chewy like they should have been cooked longer. And to top it off they didnt even give me a full tray. The mac and cheese was dry and over cooked.

26 dollars for fake Caribbean (Im Caribbean) food. Ive never (in my life) had jerk chicken not grilled but stewed (like brown stew with a slap of store bought jerk seasoning) instead . The rice was disgusting and the brown stew chicken was beyond sweet. When she was showing me the food she barely opened it. Im not an argumentative person so I just took the food but fair warning dont eat here. Waste of money. Irie Vibes Restaurant and Yard Cooked Dishes is by far the best I had in Charlotte.
