Love this place. Love the location. Lots to do. There's seating inside, on the covered patio and outside. I haven't tried all the tacos but haven't had a bad one yet. There's never been a long wait and the staff is friendly. They serve beer, margaritas and maybe a few other alcoholic beverages. I recommend and will definitely visit again

This place is the joint! Delicious food, fantastic service and cool vibes. I had two veggie tacos: hot tofu (my fave) and beer battered cauliflower. My husband had the Korean fried rice (his fave) and Mexi-Cali shrimp. Can't wait to go back!

This restaurant chain is growing for a reason. I LOVE the atmosphere and food. The cashier was friendly. A great overall experience. The only issue was the dirty high-top table and the food is really expensive for the amount of food you get. The portions are small. So if you're super hungry, expect to pay a lot. I had to go to Taco Bell to get more food after this meal. And no, I'm not fat.

Wow, the best tacos you will ever try. Your brain will explode from the flavor and creativity of a Velvet's taco. What is a taco your brain will ask? A burger in a shell? Buffalo chicken wings in a shell? Regardless of what you put in your tacos, Velvet will take the flavor to the next level. This location is in Southend with parking nearby. There is seating inside and out, but during busy times it can be limited. The atmosphere is fast casual dining and staff are friendly. I gave it four stars because given the limited seating, the staff can be out a little bit more often cleaning tables and emptying the trash. But foodie wise, this is five stars!

I am so excited they opened their newest location near me and this one has even more options than the one I visited in Optimist Hall. They also allow dogs on the patio which makes it easy to walk over and eat here often. The people working are so pleasant and helpful and seem to enjoy what they do which is another big plus! These tacos cant be beat!
