Enjoyed my late lunch with my kids. When they got fussy during my ordering process Crystal and her team were amazing offering them stickers and talking to them. The food is always good but it was much appreciated that they didnt rush me or my children. We ate outside on the covered patio which was clean and empty of other guest. The bathrooms have diaper changing stations and were clean as well. We will return.

Cons: We tried ordering from the app but kept receiving an error message. When I called I learned it was because they were out of fries... need an app update that streamlines ordering. Curbside pickup in the app stated to mark "I'm here" only to state I needed to call inside. They were busy so I ended up going in. Pros: Customer service was friendly. The food was amazing! I added some salt to the Peruvian rice and sweet potato fries but that's just personal taste preference. The chicken was marinated to perfection. I can hardly wait to visit again the next time I'm in the area.

I could eat here everyday! Excellent healthy food and great service. Their chicken is hands-down the BEST. Salads are made to order and chicken can be added. Friendly, efficient staff. Very CLEAN & family friendly.

Viva Chicken serves some of the best roast chicken around. I've tried many different things on the menu, and all have been excellent. My favorites are the ArrozChaufa (add chicken and avocado) and 'The Great' sandwich. I also love the variety of side dishes (sweet potato fries, yucca, and plantains), all of which are nice change of pace from your standard fries (which are good here too). Best of all, they have Cheerwine! I've been to this location several times. The staff here is always attentive and friendly, and the restaurant is always super clean. I look forward to my next meal here!
