Open door, open window vibe, very NoDa. After five years of living here, I think I finally found the best pizza so far at Zambies Pizza and I'm definitely a pizza snob. I got the Padroni and my wife got the Sleeping Beauty. Flavor on top of flavor. Seriously just flavor the whole way through. Every bite had something going on and it all worked. Warm, balanced, and the kind of flavor that makes you slow down and actually enjoy it. Best part for me was the crust. It's almost like finishing with a breadstick, which added even more flavor for me. My wife didn't love the crust, but I was all about it. If you're looking for real flavor and a legit pizza spot in Charlotte, this is it.

This Pizza is top notch. I took the boys out for a nice slice. Perfect place to go to get everyone what they want and get full too. I went with the Pepperoni slice and a Sweet Caroline slice. Flavor on the pizzas were great. Both had good cheese taste with the pepperoni being crisped elegantly and having a genuine flavor. The sweetness punching through on the sweet Caroline creates such good contrats with the cheese. The texture is also something to tell people about. Crispy bites all the to the crust and a super pillowy crust with a sweet-ish dough. Good Enough pizza to drive for. There is not much room to dine in so just know that. The staff seemed stand-offish because absolutely no one smiled or said hello. Felt like I walked in and everyone was angry. Saying all that you are just ordering a slice so it is what it is. Lastly, not much parking so get ready to walk. This stuff doesn't really matter to me because the food is so good, which is why I still give the place 5 stars, but I know it helps other.

Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough, but this place is easy to miss even if your following a gps, it looked like there was a cat cafe sign there for some reason. Both pizzas were pretty oily, which isn't unusual for a pizza place tbh. The taste was actually pretty good, I did enjoy both of them. The structure of the cheese pizza was good, it wasn't floppy at all which I liked, the pepperoni on the other hand was floppy. I wish they had more of their unique flavors when I went, but it was around 11:30pm so maybe they stop serving those after a certain time. They were also packed in there for almost midnight

Nice pizza spot in NODA neighborhood in Charlotte. I got the pepperoni and the Birria taco slice. The slices are huge and delicious. The service is top notch. If you are in the neighborhood this place is definitely worth checking out.

Staff was so incredibly helpful when trying to decide what slices to get. We did the Hawaiian,pepperoni, and veggie. They were able to split the pizzas in half so that we could share and try them all. The ranch was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, one of the slices was burnt on the bottom, but Im sure that if it wasnt, it wouldve been even better. Loved the garlic crust just personal preference I could do even more garlic on it!
