We enjoyed every visit we made to Corkbuzz. When we lived in Charlotte, we always talked to David. He taught us so much about tasting wine. He would explain at length with interesting stories a handful of different wines to taste with each course. It was so much fun to simply go to dinner at Corkbuzz when David was there. The chefs obviously love what they do. The quality ingredients and expert preparation makes this place special.

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Corkbuzz. Our server was superb: attentive, knowledgeable, friendly but not too present. The wines we chose were terrific and our dinner selections were great. We started with the Shishito Peppers which were nicely prepared but could have been charred and salted more. Husband had the trout and I kept it simple with just a salad. It was a lovely evening in a quiet corner.

We made our first visit here after months of saying we need to check it out. It didnt disappoint. We ended up going on a weekend where they had a special event. We arrived before the event started and made a selection from their exhaustive wine list while we waited for our friend. Afterward we enjoyed the special event and really appreciated the wide selection of wines they featured. The food was spectacular as well. I would highly recommend the homemade ricotta and bread. Simply delicious.
