Dilworth Tasting Room
Please go eat here and tell them I sent you (dont really do that, they dont know me). But I cant say enough good things about this place. This was our first time coming and I cant wait to come back. The hanger steak was one of my favorite steak dishes Ive had ever and Ive been to a lot of nice restaurants. The crab cakes had a lot of crab meat and not much breading/filler which we really loved. All flavors were on point. All of the dishes exceeded our expectations. I love the atmosphere of this place. They have high top seating near the wine wall that was more intimate and quiet and they have the main dining area, bar seating, as well as outdoor seating and a fountain. Well be back for sure and itll be a great place during spring and summer to have lunch and dinner on their patio.
A delicious dinner!! The outdoor patio is so cute and comfortable as well. The wine selection was large, so something for all tastes and budgets. For meals, four of us shared a small charcuterie board and it was enough for all. Two of us had the truffle gnocchi, which was excellent and a large portion size, while the others happened to get the flank steak. They both loved it and the meal was cooked properly. To end, we had some espresso. Would love to go back!
Really great experience. 4 stars are because the tables are really close to each other not even a half of foot. Food and drinks are exceptional seared tuna was my fav. I cant wait to go back and try other menu items.
Very cute place. Love the leather seating. The vibe was very nice. The patio was very cute and a lovely place to sit on warm nights. Drinks were very creative and pretty not to mention tasty. Crab cakes are a must, very meaty and seasoned to perfection. Definitely a date night destination, Pre show small plate and drinks or Girls night out!
Highlights: Extensive and impressive wine list. Very knowledgeable Sommelier available on premise. Friendly service. Five Star Menu! Service: Our server, Ashley made our first time visit an exceptional experience! Her attentiveness was impeccable and even though it was a full restaurant on a Saturday night, we never once had to look for her because she made sure we were taken care of at all times. What I loved the most was her recommendations on food and wine which exceeded our expectations. She also introduced us to Brandon, their onsite Sommelier who definitely elevated our wine adventure. Overall, this restaurant definitely keeps their patrons their top priority and I would highly recommend you make a reservation the next time youre in town! Food: Our selections were the following: Burrata (Bruschetta) which was made with really fresh ingredients and the perfect temperature Tuna Carpaccio: incredibly fresh and quite savory! Classic Flatbread: The chorizo was the star ingredient - truly amazing! Truffle Gnocchi was one of my favorites cooked in a garlic mushroom cream sauce that was to die for. We also ordered the Honey Shrimp which was good but not one of our tables favorites. Crab Cakes the texture and flavor was on par so good that we had a second round of them. And last but not least do yourself a favor and finish off this incredible foodie journey by ordering their desert Bajadera, chocolate layered nougat with Nutella, raspberries and whip cream! Wow! Expect an explosion of smooth flavors in every bite! Fantastic wine selections: We ordered the Neil Ellis a South African Cabernet, Lapostolle a Chilean wine and Fakin a Croatian wine. Ambience: Romantic, warm and inviting. Perfect volume on the music allowing it to be complimentary to our great conversations and not intrusive. Their decor was very tasteful and intriguing with indoor, outdoor and bar seating options. Make sure to reserve your visit to this wonderful culinary experience! We will certainly be back when we are in town next.
