Divine Llama Vineyards
I love divine llama vineyard! Its a beautiful property with lots of llamas! Theres a good selection of wines to accommodate all wine drinkers. My favorite two wines were the Versailles (white) and Merlina (red). Id recommend to get the flight so you can enjoy 4 different wines! You can enjoy your wine near the llamas or outdoor seating (covered & uncovered). Its a great place to enjoy and hang out with friends. The llamas will come up to the fence to greet you! They are fun to watch and have so much personality
It's a great place to go to sit back with a flight of wine (samples) or a glass and take in some tremendous views. It's a very peaceful setting with views of Pilot mountain. In addition to some really nice wines they have food trucks. I forgot to mention they have llamas! From the tasting room you can stroll down a gravel road through the fields to the llamas. They also have some trails where they offer hiking with the llamas.
So disappointing. My wife and I visited this past weekend with our 5 year old daughter. Upon walking in we were literally yelled at for not having masks on(the complimentary mask bucket was empty). After returning to the car to retrieve our masks, we re-entered to an extremely rude bar tender that either knew nothing about wine or was too lazy to explain the options. We made our best guess and ordered a flight to start. Our daughter wanted to see the llamas so we asked how we could see them. We were informed that there was a $10 per child charge to walk to the "pasture" (no charge for adults). We told the bar tender that we would discuss this and let her know. She informed us that she already charged our tab for the tour. At this time the grumpy bartender noticed that my 5 year old daughter didn't have her mask completely over her nose and began to chastise her for it. I was in total shock, we were charged for something we didn't ask for and our young daughter was yelled at by a 50+ year old woman. My advice would be to go to a legitimate vineyard like Flint Hill or Ragapple Lassie. Stay away from divine Llama!!!!!
Very cute idea for a winery. I really wanted to love this place but the white haired older lady at the bar was extremely rude. She was short and after telling her we were from out of state and had never been there she still was not helpful in choosing wines to taste. I was very flustered with how she treated us and decided we would have our flight of wine and leave.
We had a Great first time visit today. The Llamas were beautiful and well cared for. The woman working behind the bar was so kind and accommodating. The wines were described in detail and the story behind the names. Everything was very clean and the wines were very good. We will definitely recommend and will return again.
