A beautiful facility with indoor and outdoor seating. This particular day, it was almost 100 degrees outside so we had a great time staying cool inside, listening to great music by the Gardners and enjoying UVs Blueberry Pomegranate frozen wine. A variety of good wines with traditional and unique blends. Every time weve visited Uwharrie Vineyards, the service has been excellent.

Such a Lovely Experience After a Hot Day! This winery was such a treat to visit after a long day out in the heat! The air conditioning was heavenly, and the space had a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe with plenty of cozy seating to relax in. They offered a wide selection of wines - including both traditional and fruit-forward options. One standout for me was the Chilean blackberry wine, which ended up being my favorite from the tasting. The staff shared that when they originally profiled it, it was a bit too tart due to high tannins, so they balanced it out by blending it with white muscadine wine - such an interesting detail, and it turned out absolutely delicious! The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We also indulged in a gorgeous charcuterie board for $22, which paired perfectly with the wines. Flights are $8 for 4 tastings, and individual glasses typically range from $6-$8, a great value for the quality. All in all, this was a fantastic winery, and Id love to go back again someday!

I met a friend here tonight for the first time in YEARSWOW at the changes theyve made! Its gorgeous and very inviting whether youre looking for a romantic night or a place to catch up with friends. Anne waited on us and was so sweet. She helped us make great wine choices as we discussed our likes and dislikes. We also enjoyed our charcuterie board with our wines and the gourmet popcorn! Prices are very reasonable too! I was pleasantly surprised to see beer on the menu which is a big plus when going out with someone who prefers beer over wine!!! Anne told us about the live music on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays so well probably try that out in the future but we enjoyed the calmness of our evening tonight! While most vineyards close early in our area, they stayed open until 9pm on Saturday. Yay! This might just become our new favorite meeting place!!!!
