A deviously delicious Broadway and Hollywood sci-fi smash musical, Little Shop of Horrors has devoured the hearts of theatergoers for decades.
The story follows Seymour Krelborn, a meek floral assistant on Skid Row who stumbles across a new breed of plant he names "Audrey II" - after his coworker crush. This foul-mouthed, R&B-singing carnivore promises unending fame and fortune to the down-and-out Seymour as long as he keeps feeding it. As the plant grows, so does its appetite, and Seymour discovers the true, out-of-this-world cost of getting everything you ever wanted.
With a hilarious script and a human-eating plant, this rock-musical features a beloved 1960s pop/rock score by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman (the geniuses behind Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, and Aladdin).
