14th Annual Blues & Jazz Festival OCTOBER 4 - 5, 2018 Produced by Bobby Plair, Jr. Celebrate the roots of modern music with infectious rhythms, soulful sounds, and high energy performances at the Arts Council of York County’s 14th Annual Blues & Jazz Festival. Events kick off with concerts at Springmaid Park in Baxter Village and at the Larne Building in Clover, SC on Thursday, October 4, 2018 from 7 - 10 PM. On Friday, October 5, the Blues & Jazz Festival returns to Old Town Rock Hill where festival-goers can enjoy live music at 8 of Old Town's restaurants & venues throughout the night.
