A local author comes back to the Kings Mountain Historical Museum for a program that highlights the 250th Anniversary of Daniel Boone's excursion through the Cumberland Gap and tells the stories of the women that were part of that adventure. Free Admission! This project was made possible by the funding from the North Carolina Humanities Council, a statewide nonprofit and affiliate of the National Endowment for the Humanities.
