I loved my stay here and the staff was amazing! I stayed on the fourth floor and this time it was much nicer and cleaner than when I had stayed over a year ago. The two younger ladies were very pleasant and always keep my room refreshed and smelling good. I recommend staying here because its a friendly environment and located near a lot of great places.

Good location, but hotel is poorly managed. Cant believe corporate has not stepped in to help. The gym is poorly maintained. The elliptical on the right isnt working properly. If you stop to take a drink, it restarts the program so you lose track of how long youve worked out. The screen on the treadmill on the left does not work. It is just black. You can still use it, but cant see how long youve worked out or what speed youre going. There were no towels in the gym (7/21/23), and the water jug was empty. I sent a service request on the app, they said they would handle it. There were towels the next day, but still no water, and now the gym wipes were out. Room 400 smells musty. Had to crank the AC to get rid of the smell. So it was freezing cold. The inspection certificate for the elevator by the pool was a year out of date. The bar was never open even advertised in the elevator. Would not stay here again. Plenty of other hotels nearby to choose from.

All of the bad reviews are correct! Very dirty hotel with poorly designed and unkept rooms. My room has wall paper peeling, holes in the wall, bathroom lighting falling out of ceiling, and toilet that rocks back and forth on the floor. Mirror in bathroom is also cracked at the bottom. AC does not maintain a consistent temperature and thermostat does not accurately track the temps. I can also hear every sound outside my door down the hall and everything in the room above me... This is the most unkept Marriot property I've visited. Service is hit and miss... I've met some good friendly staff, but one front desk associate is very quiet and borderline rude. Customer service is clearly not something she believes in. I will never stay at this hotel again. I would appreciate a Marriot representative to contact me. I have photos and videos of the extremely poor conditions.

Check elsewhere before booking your stay. Here are some quick highlights: - Pillow cases were dirty and some covered in Pen marks - The sheets are extremely rough and feel like paper - The towels are disintegrating, strings and strands coming off the corners and sides, and they do not dry well - The shower corners, ceiling and base were covered in dark mold spots. - The mold from the shower has left the shower area and reached the door, as there is mold over the doorway ceiling - The water pressure is awful due to the shower head being so dirty and clogged

Our family reunion was held here. Very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful in assisting us to set up the meeting rooms. I would personally like to thank Miss Jamila, whom went out of her way to accommodate the FAISON FAMILY in whatever task we asked of her!! A great staff member in your employ!!
