The entire stay was excellent all around. We had a beautiful view of the baseball stadium. Everything in the room worked as expected and was very comfortable. Communication with the owner was exceptional! I would highly recommend this property.

Contemporary condo was perfect for our family to relax in a roomy, private setting to celebrate our mothers 86th birthday. Walking distance restaurants and Luxe South Park Mall were a bonus for anything we wanted! On a cool winter night near New Years we enjoyed the lofty rooftop and Uptown Charlotte views while sitting around the (gas) fire pit for warmth. Plus amazingly helpful remote host to top it off. Thanks! Perfect!

The host met us on arrival to ensure our entry was established. The property was gorgeous, clean and ultra modern. We were in a perfect location with a great view of uptown and plenty of places to dine. I felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Stays by Walker.

My wife and I stayed for 28 days at Savoy as I recovered from surgery. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals and the king bed very comfy. The apartment complex is nice, quiet and the parking garage very convenient. We did not get to enjoy any of the extras amenities due to my recovery process but the gym and pool area was nice. The location was great, close to my appointments at the hospital and close to downtown Charlotte. The host Kay was quick to respond to any question that we had and very accommodating. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Thanks you Stays by Walker for making this stressful time in our life a little more easier. Thanks, Brian and Wendy

We booked with Stays by Walker for a weekend birthday trip. We had a relatively large group of people so it was hard trying to find a place big enough to fit everyone. Needless to say it was the perfect place for us! We wanted something that was a little outside of the city but still close enough that we wouldnt have to drive a half hour to get in. It was a full sized home with a garage which was nice since we had a few different cars with people coming from multiple places. Checking in was quick and painless which was needed after a long car ride. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was stocked so after a quick grocery trip we were set! The neighborhood was safe and quiet and there were a lot of people walking their dogs and running in the morning. The beds were also comfy and all of them were large enough to fit multiple people which was good for our group. Overall a great experience and we definitely plan to stay here again when we come back to Charlotte!
