Where can I park for Presidents Cup?
For ticket holders interested in driving their vehicle to the 2022 event, a variety of parking options are available with six different designations and pricing ranging from complimentary to $40, subject to taxes and fees. Shuttles will transport fans to and from each lot to the main entrance at Quail Hollow Club (QHC).
- Black Lot at Carowinds: Open Wed-Fri; 30-min shuttle to QHC; $15/day
- Green Lot at Ballantyne Corporate Place: Open Sat-Sun, 20-min shuttle to QHC; $15/day
- Grey Lot at SouthPark Mall: Open Tue-Sun; 10-min shuttle to QHC; $40/day
- Red Lot at Hedgemore Plaza: Open Tue-Sun; 10-min shuttle to QHC; $40/day
- White Lot at Charlotte Catholic High School: Open Fri-Sun; 10-min shuttle to QHC; $40/day
- Purple Lot at Bojangles Coliseum: Tues-Sun, 30-min shuttle to QHC; free of charge
All general parking is now on sale on PresidentsCup.com and must be purchased in advance. Reservations in the Purple Lot at Bojangles (public free lot) must also be arranged ahead of time to guarantee a spot.
Can I take public transportation to the Presidents Cup?
The Presidents Cup has partnered with the City of Charlotte to offer transportation via Light Rail. Ticket holders are encouraged to use the LYNX Blue Line which will transport fans to and from the event with multiple on-boarding locations en route to Quail Hollow. Exit the Light Rail at Sharon Road West Station where shuttles will then transport travelers to the main entrance. Ticket holders traveling to the Presidents Cup from Uptown may consider the Charlotte Convention Center shuttle as the most convenient and cost-efficient mode of transportation. Board the complimentary shuttle at the Convention Center on E M.L.K. Jr. Blvd to ride to and from Quail Hollow Club at your leisure, offering an ideal experience for those looking to get the most out of the tournament as well as exploring Uptown Charlotte.
What food will be offered at Quail Hollow during the Presidents Cup?
The Presidents Cup will create an onsite experience reflective of the Charlotte culture, working closely with local restauranters to bring the feel of the Queen City to Quail Hollow. Charlotte neighborhoods NoDa- and South End-inspired areas on the golf course will offer ticketholders food options from those respective communities. NoDa will be nestled just behind No. 4 green featuring Cuzzo’s Cuisine, La Caseta and Sabor Latin Street Grill, plus craft beer from NoDa Brewing. South End will be brought to life between the greens on 10 and 14, offering Ace No. 3 Burgers, What the Fries, El Toro Bruto and Two Scoops Creamery. Fans in the mood for another dessert option can also visit Sunflour Bakery located between No. 1 tee and No. 18 green.
The Green Mile Lawn will be an open-air space between 13 and 15 fairways that will feature Charlotte’s Noble Smoke BBQ and Viva Chicken, in addition to a second Two Scoops Creamery location. The space will also have accessible seating and scoreboards for viewing pleasure. For a unique viewing experience, venture over to the edge of the lake adjacent to No. 10 Fairway, facing 14 green, where The Dock juts out over the lake, allowing fans to gain unmatched vantage points while sitting on the water to catch matches between three different holes.
What beer, wine and spirit options will be available at Quail Hollow during the Presidents Cup?
Several beer, wine and spirit options will be available for purchase to fans 21-and-over. Beginning at the concession level, Michelob ULTRA, the Official Beer partner, will offer Michelob ULTRA, ULTRA Organic Seltzer and more for purchase. Those looking for craft beer assortments can visit the Wicked Weed Craft Experience in NoDa on 4 Green for craft. Thirsty fans should also check out the Wine and Dine featuring Meiomi Wines at 16 Fairway for red, white and rose selections. For those searching for the tournament signature cocktails, look no further than the Tito’s Stillhouse Lounge located within the South End in the heart of the action. Find all of this and more scattered throughout the course at numerous concession and bar locations.
Are tickets still available?
While Friday and Saturday Grounds tickets are sold out, fans can still purchase tickets to Tuesday, Thursday or Sunday of the event.
What is the 2022 Charlie Sifford Centennial Cup?
The Charlie Sifford Centennial Cup will feature six of the country’s top men’s golf programs at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU), competing in an exhibition match under Presidents Cup format and routing at host Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event will be held on Sunday, August 28 and Monday, August 29. More information can be found here.
