I want to thank this company for making my daughters senior prom night extra special. The driver Aaron was phenomenal. He arrived early, was very professional and treated my daughter and her friends like royalty. He let them play music from their phones, funny and drove safely to and from the prom location. I would definitely use this company again for any future endeavors or events. Once again thank you guys so much.

I absolutely loved every bit of this car service. We were picked up promptly by our driver at 4 AM and taken to the airport. The driver was a real sweetheart, very pleasant, knowledgable, informative and very very helpful. At the airport he helped us with our luggage- got us a trolley, and loaded our luggage. Awesome driver and vehicle is up to date. It was a fantastic, superbly positive experience and it could not have been any better! You guys rock and really take things A Step Above!

I hired them for my wedding. They were supposed to arrive at 4pm. They called me at 3:15 to let me know that they were going to be running about 15 minutes late. At 4:42 I received another call from the bus driver letting me know he was still 35 minutes away, at which point we had to delay the ceremony. When the bus finally did arrive around 5:20, the floor and several of the seats were covered in what appeared to be dried coca-cola. I paid for a shuttle back-and-forth service, but due to the fact that many of my guests ended up having to call ubers, there were not as many passengers, so only one trip each way ended up happening. When I called Monday asking for a refund, they offered me only about 1/3 of my money back - I told them this was not acceptable, as they had only provided about 1/3 of the service I paid for, I expected 2/3 of my money back. I was told this had to go through management and they told me they would call me back. I called back Wednesday morning after not hearing anything, and the person I spoke with hustled me off the phone and sent me that same refund amount.

My experience with A Step Above Limousine Service was exceptional. The driver Luis Mercado was professional, friendly, respectful, caring, helpful; he was absolutely the nicest to me. He took the time to meet my grandson and his nanny. His driving skills was the best.I knew I was in safe hands with his driving skills. When we arrived at American Airline terminal he went quickly to get me a person to assist me since I am handicapped. He made sure I had everything I needed from my suitcase, my carryon, my coat and my cane.! I appreciated everything he did to make me arrive safely, to remember everything I needed as I exited the car plus watched as i went with the curbside attendant into the terminal. I recommend him highly plus I for got to mention the limousine was immaculate, pristine clean. When I ordered the car service the agent who took my information was detailed, asked all the correct questions necessary plus. This service required detailed information so I would be I would safe plus my I formation would be secure. I could not have asked for anything more. What a fabulous experience, recommend them highly. On our recent prom night, we had the pleasure of availing the services of A Step Above Limo in Charlotte, NC. Right from the start, they were extremely prompt and efficient in ensuring that everything was ready when we needed it. The limousine itself was well-maintained and comfortable, perfectly suited for our needs. The driver was polite and courteous throughout the journey, though not overly familiar with the area. We did however have a smooth ride to our destination in nearby Waxhaw. A Step Above Limo provides a wide range of services including airport transportation, corporate transportation, wedding and prom limo service, luxury car service and more. They strive to provide quality vehicles and reliable customer service at reasonable prices.
